Taking inspiration from the nurturing nature of polar bears with their cubs, Polar Bears' in-house team teaches and trains their clients over a two-year period to equip them with all the necessary skills and knowledge to continue on their own.

To reflect their brand values and inspiration, we were tasked with creating a logo and accompanying brand identity that exuded boldness, friendliness, and curiosity, all while staying true to their polar bear model. Our solution was a simple and minimal design approach, using design elements, color, and typography all inspired by the arctic and polar bears.

Logo Design

At the heart of Polar Bears' brand identity is their logo, which was carefully crafted to reflect their inspiration and values. The brandmark takes its shape from the polar bear, using simple thick lines, shapes, and rounded edges to create a friendly and curious appearance. The accompanying wordmark was also customized with rounded typography and the addition of polar bear ears to the "O", further reinforcing their unique brand identity.

What's more, the Polar Bears logo was designed to be adaptable in any situation. When placed on a light background, the polar bear should appear to be filled in with a light color, ideally white. On the other hand, when placed on a dark-toned or colored background, the white brandmark should be used instead of the outline version, ensuring consistency across all mediums.
