Space is an all-around metaverse that encompasses the needs and wants of all their users to eliminate the need to switch between several different platforms. Space creates a platform for users to do what they need and want to do, such as socializing, gaming, learning, and more. The possibilities are endless and are up to the users to create spaces and lobbies.

The Brief

Space was a large multi-step project that involved multiple factors to help create and shape a brand story and identity. The project started with indepth research and analysis on the metaverse, blockchain technology, web3, and NFTs which assisted us with formulating the brand positioning for Space. When the brand positioning was clear, we were able to craft a fun and imaginative brand story by incorporating different elements into their brand identity and expanding their horizon. The different elements for a strong visual brand identity included redesigning the logo, creating a brand guideline, and designing assets such as email templates, packaging, and creating custom illustration and 3D tokens.

 
 

Logo Design

The logo was redesigned into a 3D token logo, which can be used with different viewpoints and angles to create a fun and interesting brand. The brand focuses on the metaverse and 3D elements, so it was natural to introduce a key brand logo into the universe. The logo can use a variety of different angles depending on the context, which creates a dynamic and adaptable design.

 
 

Space Gradient Palette

Another element that adds to the brand identity is to create a fun, engaging, and unique colour palette that exemplifies and enhances the experience. We incorporated gradients into their colour palette to create dynamic and eye-catching designs, used for design elements, typography, and backgrounds.

 
 

Research and Analysis

The in-depth research and analysis we did dove into the metaverse and included blockchain technology, web3, and NFTs. The document was designed to be eye-catching, easy to read, and incorporated organized information.

 
 
 
 

Brand Guidelines

The Brand Guidelines helps organize and solidify the brand identity through pages of logo guidelines, colour palette, typography, photography, and more. The guideline is also an extension of the brand identity and was designed with the tone and brand values in mind.

 
 
 
 
 

Email Design

We created email templates to be sent out to user, expanding and exemplifying their brand identity. The email was designed to be eye-catching, interesting, and user-friendly, clearly outlining the contents and call-to-actions.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Brand Story

We helped create a brand story, a universe and lore behind the brand of Space, that helps create a realistic and approachable brand. The story follows a creative Dreamer that discovers a vast magical world beyond his imagination, which sets the stage of Space.
